Refund Policy

At ReefScape, every aquascape layout is handcrafted from natural, reef-safe materials. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below.

Lost Packages

We only accept refunds if the package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).
In the event a shipment is officially declared lost:
You will receive 100% refund in the form of store credit
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Returns (Within 30 days)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are not lost.
A refund is available with a 20% restocking fee
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Item must be:
Returned in original condition
Free of damage, alteration, or use
Refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected
Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not accept refunds or returns for:
Damage caused after delivery
Improper handling or installation
Natural variations in color, shape, or texture of stone
Delays caused by the shipping carrier (unless officially declared lost)
